The purpose of the Western Pennsylvania Professional Horsemen's
Association is to meet and serve the specialized needs of professional
horsemen, exhibitors, and supporters in our area. The W.Pa.P.H.A. works to
raise the quality of local horse shows, improve the local caliber of horses and
riders in the area, and make members competitive at the national levels.

The association's goals are to promote good sportsmanship and
ethical conduct among all members of the Association, and create a healthy
environment for young people with emphasis on learning, responsibility, self-
discipline, and self-initiative. The W.Pa.P.H.A. encourages all to play an
active role in the association and to promote a feeling of camaraderie
among all horsemen.
